Accommodations
Broker's Comments - The Irwin 43 offers some unique design features for a Center Cockpit layout. On deck the cockpit is large and has good access to the helm and sail controls. She is an easy boat to sail with out leaving the cockpit. The furling mainsail system keeps sail handling quite easy.

Below, there are several items I like. First is the galley, instead of the "pas-through" normal CC galley - this galley is situated opposite the aft cabin "hallway"  - this means teh galley is uncluttered, open and airy and isn;t a traffic hazard!  Next, the head compartments both feature a stall shower, generally thee is one good shower on a two head boat, with the Irwin, you have two full shower stalls - quite unique!  Lastly is the engine access, so many mid size CC layouts have limited / awkward engine access. Clearly the Irwin folks listened to their owners and really made smart improvements over the life of this model to give owners the best experience possible. I think you'll be favorably impressed, she offers a lot of features you wouldn't see in a 43 footer....much more likely in a 50...

INCOGNITO offers seven tempered glass fixed panoramic windows for abundant light, plus 14 opening ports and six opening hatches throughout the interior for superior ventilation. Entering the cabin is the main salon with U-shaped galley and full length settee to starboard; and convertible dinette to port. Adjacent is a bar, liquor cabinet, and wine rack. Aft of the dinette is a large navigation station. Continuing aft is the owner's stateroom with standing headroom, plenty of storage/cabinetry, and a private head compartment with separate shower; as well as a vanity with swing out seat. The forward stateroom also offers a full size double berth, plus a private entrance to the forward head with shower.
Ample storage through out the cabins, galley, and salon areas!
